Shafaq Hasnain

Hi, I’m Shafaq Hasnain. I’m an athlete and a certified fitness trainer. I hold a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education, along with diplomas in fitness training, sports massage therapy, and coaching. I’m a 3x national gold medalist, a national champion in the 400×1000-meter relay, and I proudly hold the title of the “Fastest Woman in Sindh.” 

Currently, I’m pursuing a Master’s degree in fitness from Europe so you can have the opportunity to train with an internationally qualified fitness expert at rates you can afford.

Since I was a little girl, I’ve been running—not just on the track but toward my dreams. Fitness has always been my passion. I’m not just a trainer; I’m someone who has walked the walk. During my seven years of experience as a professional trainer, I’ve seen firsthand how fitness can rebuild confidence, boost energy, and bring joy back into your life.

My program, FitBoot by Shafaq Hasnain, isn’t just about workouts or meal plans—it’s about achieving real results. I want you to feel the energy and confidence that comes from a transformed body. FAQ

I believe that staying fit is a lifestyle, and the key to success is commitment—there’s no magic formula or set timeline. Achieving your fitness goals requires consistent effort, proper guidance, and a balanced lifestyle. If you’re on a weight loss journey, you should stay consistent and you may see results sooner than expected. Once you’ve achieved your desired weight, you can take a break from workouts for 1–2 months. If you notice weight gain during that time, you can always rejoin to get back on track.

Yes, you can start working out after a C-section, but timing and intensity matter. It’s recommended to wait at least 6 weeks after delivery before beginning any exercise, or consult your gynaecologist first. For back pain caused by the C-section, start with a daily walk to ease your body into movement. Gradually progress to light-intensity workouts and targeted back exercises three times a week. These exercises will help strengthen your core and support your back, eventually reducing pain. Take it slow, listen to your body, and you’ll be able to transition to a full workout routine in time.

If you have knee pain, wear a knee cap during exercise for extra support. Begin with gentle knee exercises three times a week, doing 10 repetitions each time. Within 4 to 5 days, you will notice significant improvement. These low-impact exercises will strengthen your knee and reduce pain, and you can gradually increase your activity level.

Yes, we’ll target bra and arm fat during the exercises while building strength and shape. These exercises work by toning the muscles in those areas and will naturally help cut fat. But consistency and proper form are key to seeing results over time.

There are many exercises that can help reduce tummy fat and strengthen your core. You can check my Instagram account for demonstrations of exercises specifically targeting tummy fat.

Some general exercises include:

  • Plank Variations: Builds core strength and stability.
  • Leg Raises: Targets lower abdominal muscles.
  • Bicycle Crunches: Works on obliques and burns calories.
  • Mountain Climbers: A cardio-intensive move that engages the core.
  • Russian Twists: Helps tone the sides of your waist.
